Board member · €200/month

As a member, we take an active part in the board's work and bring an independent perspective and experience to decision-making.

• participating in board meetings and decision-making
• assessing information provided by the property manager and independent experts
• considering available options and their implications
• following up on the implementation of board decisions
• taking account of the company's interests and equal treatment of shareholders.

Enhanced board support · €150/month

An additional service level for the board chair or board member service when litigation, an extensive complaint, a construction contract or warranty dispute, a range of defects in a new building or another exceptional situation significantly increases the board's workload.

Prices cover normal, planned board work and a usual number of meetings. An exceptionally high number of meetings and travel are agreed in writing in advance. Our service does not include property management, technical property management, bookkeeping or financial administration.
